Dear Stephen

Please note that input '0000' for reset in Menu page is for Menu reset only.

Please press 'STOP'(front key) + TOP MENU(remote) for DVD reset.

I believe you know the downloading procedure as below(CD rom update).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Burn the Rom file to CD-R or CD-RW.

2. Press 'OPEN'.
3. Put the disc on the tray and Play.

4. Below procedure is automatically displayed in the screen.

1) reading

2) erase
3) writing

4) done

5. power off
6. power on

7. Before reading, Press OPEN, take out disc from tray.

8. Press 'STOP'(front key) + TOP MENU(remote).
9. power off / on
