PRIOR TO THE OPERATION
HIBERNATION
The security system can reduce the possibili�es to malfunc�on. If the tool standby over 3 mins,
the security system will execute immediately into Hiberna�on/ Off. In the Hiberna�on mode,
there won’t be any lights on the LED indicator. The sander needs to be restart.
Malfunc�on happens when the LED flashes“
red and green
” alternately.
Please refer to the trouble shoo�ng instruc�on to solve the abnormi�es.
ABNORMAL INDICATION
1.Plug-in the sander’s AC power cord to the power source
(220~240VAC output).
2.Press the power ON/OFF bu�on “ ”, on the bu�on plate to switch on the sander.
The LED indicator shows “
Solid green
” color a�er sander being switched on.
3.Adjust the speed by pressing “
+
” or “
—
” bu�ons on the bu�on plate.
Press “
+
” is to raise up to higher speed se�ng, “
—
”is to lower the speed se�ng.
The LED indicator shows “
flash red
” color .
The LED light won't flash when the motor reach the maximum & the minimum speed.
4.Press the lever to start the tool. Release the Lever to stop the tool.
5.Press the power ON/OFF bu�on “ ”,
on the bu�on plate to switch off the sander.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1.The tool is intended to be operated as a hand held tool. It is always recommended that while
using the tool, operators stand on a solid floor, in a secure posi�on with a firm grip and foo�ng.
Be aware that the sander can develop a torque reac�on.
2.This tool is designed for fine finishing task, do not force sander heavily like conven�onal
electric sanders or air sanders. Slightly sanding is the proper way in use; it can be more
efficiency than heavily sanding.
