Park the machine on a level surface, raise the
plow fully, and place 2 safety jack stands under
the plow cutting edge.

Shut off the engine, wait for all moving parts to
stop, engage the parking brake, and remove
the key.
4.
Slide the large caster shoes into the rear shoe
holders on the plow and secure them with a
quick pin (
Note:
Adjust the number of washers above and
below the shoe holder as needed.

Partially insert the plastic knob on the center
caster shoe into the plow center bushing (

Slide the center caster shoe onto the plow
center bottom plate, ensuring that the plastic
knob faces forward (
).
7.
Tighten the plastic knob to secure the center
caster shoe to the plow.
8.
Remove the safety jack stands and lower the
plow in the “V” position.
