The controller has no power.

1. The controller is in Sleep mode.

controller.
2. The vehicle key is in the Off position.

Accessory position.
3. The fuse connection is loose or
corroded.
3. Tighten or clean the connection.
4. The battery connection is loose or
corroded.
4. Tighten or clean the connection.
5. The 2 A inline fuse is not functioning.
5. Replace the fuse.
1-6. The LED is off or flashing green.
6. The controller is not plugged into the
vehicle harness.
6. Plug in the controller.
Low Voltage Error
There is a battery with an X in the center of the controller screen.

1. The battery is low.

2. The alternator is not functioning.

Communication Error
There is a large X in the center of the controller screen.

2. The 150 A fuse is not functioning.

4. The power/ground cable is not
connected to the module.
4. Connect the power/ground cable to the
module.
1-5. The LED is off.
5. The module is not functioning.
5. Replace the module.
