Check the plate’s direction of rotation. The direction of rotation must
coincide with an arrow sign on the cover. If the plate rotates in the
opposite direction switch two-phased cable.
The appliance is grounded by yellow/green cable.
OPERATION
Do not pour potatoes from a sack. Wash potatoes and put in a container
to fill the appliance. Make sure there is no sand, mud, pebble or other
sediments.
It is very important to operate the appliance in hygiene environment in
sense of human and environmental health. Therefore do not operate the
appliance in moist, dirty, oily and dusty places.
The water connection to be provided by pipe packed with the appliance.
Wash potatoes to be peeled and make sure no dirt left.
Put potatoes in the appliance without exceeding capacity, close the cover. To
learn maximum capacity, take a look at table 4.
İnsert the plug in the socket.
Chose operational time period by using (C) button on time clock on the right

)
Press (A) button on the control panel to switch on water.
Press (A) button to start the appliance.
Press (A) button to stop operating before adjusted end-time.
To stop the appliance in case potatoes are peeled before adjusted end-time
press STOP button.
Keep water running until potatoes are cleaned completely. To switch off water
press (A) button.
