Before contacting the after-sales service, please check whether you can remedy the fault 
yourself. When you contact the after-sales service, you will be charged call-out costs if a 
technician is required, even within the warranty period. You can find your nearest after-sales 
centre from the list enclosed. When contacting the after-sales service, please quote the product 
number (E no.) and the production number (FD) of the appliance ( -> inside of the door).
