Configuration using a Web browser

Bosch Security Systems | 2006-12 | V2.5

– Insert the CD in the CD-ROM drive of the computer. If the CD does not start

automatically, open the root directory of the CD in Windows Explorer and
double click

MPEGAx.exe

– Follow the on-screen instructions.

Establishing the connection

The VIP X2 must be assigned a valid IP address to operate on your network.

The following default address is preset at the factory:

192.168.0.1

– Start the Web browser.

– Enter the IP address of the VIP X2 as the URL. The connection is established

and after a short time you will see the

LIVEPAGE

with the video image.
