Problems
The installation, maintenance or repair should only be carried out by an authorized service BOSCH. The following table describes
the solutions for possible problems (solutions followed by * must only be carried out by an authorized service BOSCH).

The heater does not ignite.
Burner ignition slow and difficult.
Batteries are exhausted or installed
incorrectly, switch is switched off.
Gas shut-off valve closed.
Run out of gas.
Gas tube is obstructed.
Exhausted batteries.
Check position and replace batteries.
Open gas shut-off valve.
Replace cylinder.
Request a visit from an Authorized
Service Bosch.
Replace them.
Water doesn't warm up much.
Gas with insufficient pressure.
Gas from cylinder running out (LPG).
Insufficient number of cylinders.
Check the position of the water regulator
and adjust according to the intended
water temperature.
Water doesn't warm up much, flame is too
low.
Insufficient gas supply.
Check the regulator and if it is inadequate
or broken, replace it.
Check if the LPG cylinders freeze during
its operation, and if so, move them to a
less cold site or increase the gas battery
to suppress the consumption need of the
heater.
The burner extinguishes during the
appliance's use.
Temperature limiter worked.
Combustion gas control device worked.
After 10 minutes, operate the appliance
again.
Decrease the output on the gas regulator.
Check the outlet of the combustion gases.
Wait 10 minutes and switch the appliance
on again, if the problem persists, contact
an authorized technical service BOSCH.
Reduced water flow.
Insufficient water supply pressure.
Obstructed taps or mixers.
Obstructed water valve.
Obstructed combustion chamber
(limestone).
Check and correct.
Check and clean.
Clean filter.
Clean and descale if necessary.*
