then power up again

Check the strength of
the wi-fi signal (on the
camera and on your
smartphone). Tap
previous in the app,
re-enter the wi-fi
password, create new
QR code and show
QR code to the camera
Connection to cloud
service failed

Check the internet
connection of your
router. If OK, wait
30 minutes.
