Malfunction
Cause Troubleshooting
E:3200 or water supply
indicator is lit.
The strainers in the water
connection of the supply or
AquaStop hose are
clogged.
1.
Turn off the device.
2.
Remove the plug from the socket.
3.
Turn off the tap.
4.
Unscrew the water connection.
5.
Remove the strainer from the inlet hose
6.
Clean the strainer.
7.
Place the strainer in the supply hose.
8.
Screw on the water connection.
9.
Check the water connection for
leaks.
10.
Put the plug back in the
socket.
11.
Turn on the device.
E:3400 lit.
Water flows continuously
into the device. 1.
Close the tap.
2.
Contact the "service
department" → Page 64.
E:6102 is on. Drain pump is blocked.

Clean the drain pump.

Drain pump cover is
loose
▶ Make the cover of the "drain
pump" → Page 62well fixed.
E:6103 is on. The water
is not pumped out.
Drain hose is clogged or
kinked.
1.
Route the drain hose without
kinks.
2.
Remove the remains.
Siphon connection is still closed.
▶
Check the connection to the
siphon and open it if necessary.
Drain pump cover is
loose.
▶ Make the cover of the "drain
pump" → Page 62well fixed.
