Measuring your weight
and starting an analysis
Caution:
Pregnant women and persons with
implanted medical devices such as pace
makers must not use these scales.
Important:
To ensure correct measurement, the skin of
your feet, calves and thighs must not meet.
Only step on the scales with bare feet,
otherwise the analysis measurement will not
work and only the weight will be displayed.
Important:
The scales automatically calibrate when
switched off.
To ensure a correct reading, do not move
the scales after switching off.
Any saved data will not be deleted if the
battery is changed. Without batteries, the
time and date are stopped so you may
have to make corrections after changing
the battery. Days on which the scale has no
batteries will not be included in the analysis
graphic.
The scales automatically identify the users
based on their weight (deviations of +/ 5%
possible). You do not need to turn them on.
Just step on the scales with bare feet and
stand still while the symbol
D
is lit up with a
border around it in the display (figure
C
).
Distribute your weight evenly between both
legs.
Several different situations can occur
as described here (user detection) for
displaying the measured values.
