without fi rst removing all existing refrigerant from the 
product.

, available 

from Bosch at no charge) in order to be carried out safely. 

 

Please do NOT attempt this procedure alone or without 
obtaining the support bar and having it ready to use.

Evaporator Coil Replacement Procedure

1. 

Ensure that the unit is powered off  and isolated from the electrical supply.

2. 

Reclaim all refrigerant (refer to installation manual for correct procedure).

3. 

Remove the 24 screws than run around the middle of 

all four sides 

of the 

unit (Fig.1).

Remove the side panels (Fig.2).
