Only LI-Ion batteries GBA 36V series (Art No. 1 607 A35 .../ …) and battery charger AL36100 CV series (Art No. 1 600 A001..)
can be used with this machine.
Do not use non-rechargeable batteries with this machine.
Noise/Vibration Information
Mounting and Operation
The numbering of the figures refer to the illustrations of the
machine on the graphics page.
Battery Usage
The machine can use 1 battery in either battery slot and
still have full functionality.
However it is preferable to use 2 batteries to achieve
maximum performance.
Ideally both batteries should have a similar level of charge.
If batteries have differing charge levels (e. g. Battery I = 50 %,
Battery II = 70 %) the machine will generally empty both bat-
teries at the same rate.
Working Advice
Mulching
GRA 36V-48 M and GRA 36V-53 M
are already configured
for mulching.
GRA 36V-48, GRA 36V-53 and GRA 36V-53 P
can be used
to mulch, using an optional mulching kit. (See figure 12 of il-
lustrations for details)
Self drive (GRA 36V-53 P)
The machine has an intuitive land drive system which auto-
matically adapts to the walking speed of the user. It is recom-
mended to correctly set up the handle height for optimum
performance. (See figure 3 of illustrations for details)
