The COM port for the Bluetooth adapter must not
already be assigned.

The port should be in the COM Port 1-9 range.

The port should be in the range of the Bluetooth
ports (BT-Port) installed (refer to Checking).

COM port 1-9
$
On first starting, the measurement server (CCD
server) checks the COM ports 1-9 for a link with
the communication processor. If a link is found,
this port number is entered in the INI file of the
server and is used to establish the link.
$
Whenever the measurement server is started
afterwards, an attempt is first made to establish
a link by way of the port number entered in the
INI file.
If there is no link, the server scans the ports
again and updates the INI file.

If the communication processor is not at
COM port 1-9, a manual entry has to be made in the
INI file of the measurement server (refer to Service
instructions).
