Circulating-air mode
Note:
To bind odours in circulating-air mode, you must install
an activated carbon filter. The different options for operating the
appliance in circulating-air mode can be found in the brochure.
Alternatively, ask your dealer. The required accessories are
available from specialist outlets, from customer service or from
the Online Shop. The accessory numbers can be found at the
end of the instructions for use.

Ventilation only works on this appliance if the stainless steel
and glass panel is folded upwards.
Note:
Switch on the extractor hood when you start cooking and
switch it off again several minutes after you have finished
cooking. This is the most effective way of removing the kitchen
fumes.
Opening and closing the stainless steel and
glass panel

Risk of becoming caught when closing the stainless steel and
glass panel. When closing, always keep hands away from the
hinges. Keep children at a safe distance.

Cookware set down within the movement area of the appliance
can fall over. Hot liquids that pour out can cause injury. Do not
set down any cookware within the movement area of the
appliance.

The accessible parts become very hot when in operation. Never
touch hot parts. Keep children at a safe distance.
Opening the stainless steel and glass panel

Remove all objects from the area of movement of the
appliance.
2.
Hold the side of the stainless steel and glass panel and
slowly fold it downwards as far as it will go.
Closing the stainless steel and glass panel
1.
Remove all objects from the area of movement of the
appliance.
2.
Hold the side of the stainless steel and glass panel and
slowly fold it upwards as far as it will go.
The air which is drawn in is cleaned by the
grease filters and an activated carbon filter and
conveyed back into the kitchen.
