SST electronics
The electronics for supplying the pressure sensors and
processing the pressure signals are integrated into the
housing cover of the CRI 800-actuation electronics

The pressure sensors are to be connected to the
CRI 800 actuation electronics by the sockets on the
side.

The CRI 800 actuation electronics are included in the scope of
delivery of the tester set CRI/CRIN 848H.

Inlet connector
!
In conjunction with tester set CRI/CRIN SST,
commercial-vehicle injectors may only be tested
using the straight 1 683 386 166 inlet connectors.
Do not use the angled inlet connectors supplied
with the tester set CRI/CRIN 848H from FD 2015-01
forward.
The inlet connector (item 1) and the injector-specific
connection adapter (item 3) can be used to connect
Bosch CRINs to internal connections (item 2) and the
high-pressure rail by way of the high-pressure hose
assembly.
Tightening torque: 25–30 Nm.

The use of internal connections for connecting
commercial-vehicle injectors is described in
the operating instructions for tester set CRI/
CRIN 848H.

Before use, pull the O-Ring 9.5 x 2 mm (item 2) into
the recess of the inlet connector (item 1). If the
O-ring is defective, replace it immediately.
