Fitting the bracket
Procedure:
1.
Fit the spacer bracket (Fig. 8, Pos. 1) with two hexa-
gon socket screws (M5 x 8) and two spring washers
(A5) in such a way that the attached trigger electro-
nics are supported by the KMA.
2.
Put the edge protector (Fig. 8, Pos. 2) on the spacer
bracket.
3.
Fit the clamping bar (Fig. 8, Pos. 3) with two hexa-
gon socket screws (M5 x 16) and two spring washers
(A5) without tightening the hexagon socket screws.

Installing the UP lift plate
Procedure:
¶
Secure the retaining plate (Fig. 9, Pos. 1) to the
clamping plate (Fig. 9, Pos. 2) using two hexagon so-
cket screws (M5 x 16) and two spring washers (A5).

Preparing the UI lift plates
Your tester set comes with four different lift plates for
adjusting the lift. All four lift plates must be provided
with two straight pins.
Procedure:
1.
Lay the lift plate on a table top with the labeled side
facing down.
2.
Push the straight pins (2 x
5 x 16 mm) into the lift
plate until the pins are flush with the underside of
the lift plate.

Preassembling the hose for the re-
turn quantity
Procedure:
1.
Screw the barb nipple (Fig. 11, Pos. 3) and flat
sealing ring (Fig. 11, Pos. 4; 20 x 26 mm) onto the
return hose (Fig. 11, Pos. 5) and tighten.
2.
Pull on the O-ring (Fig. 11, Pos. 1) as far as the groove
(Fig. 11, Pos. 2).
3.
Wrap the tape supplied around the return hose (Fig. 11,
Pos. 5).
