Charging
!
Caution:
The batteries must be charged for at least
16 hours before using the vacuum cleaner for the
first time.

Plug the charging cable into the connection at the
rear of the appliance.
Plug the charging cable plug into the socket.
The charging indicator will light up.
The indicator will remain lit while the vacuum clea-
ner is plugged into the mains via the charger.
It will only go out once the batteries in the vacuum
cleaner have been fully charged.
It is normal and completely safe for the charger and
the vacuum cleaner to heat up.
You can always charge the cordless vacuum cleaner
when it is not in use. This will keep it ready to use
at all times.

Push the sliding switch in the direction of the arrow.
Crevice nozzle
For vacuuming crevices and corners, etc.

Insert the crevice nozzle into the air intake opening
of the cordless vacuum cleaner as shown.
After using the appliance

Switch off the appliance after vacuuming.
Emptying the dust container
In order to achieve the best possible vacuuming re-
sults, the dust container should be emptied after every
use.

Press the release button to unlock the dust contai-
ner and then remove it from the motor unit.

Use the handle to remove the motor protection filter
and foam filter from the dust container.

Cleaning the filter

Unlock the dust container. Remove the motor pro-
tection filter and foam filter from the dust container
(see fig.
5
and

Clean the motor protection filter and foam filter by
tapping out the dirt.
If the filters and the dust container are heavily
soiled, the dirt can be washed out.
Then wipe out the dust container with a dry cloth; al-
low the filters to dry completely before re-inserting
them.

Insert the motor protection filter and foam filter into
the dust container.

Fit the dust container onto the motor unit and lock it
into place.
New filters can be obtained from our after-sales ser-
vice, if required.

for adapters.

brush ring)
For seats and cushions
If you want to use the nozzle with brush ring as an
upholstery nozzle, first pull of the brush ring from
the nozzle sideways. Then, pushing in the opposite
direction, fit the interchangeable upholstery fitting
onto the nozzle.
Make sure that it is seated correctly.
