Pressure relief valve
Water inside of a storage tank has always temperature and pressure changes and, as the maximum water
pressure in the tank is 10 bar, it is mandatory to use a system to protect the tank from high pressure peaks. The
pressure relief valve must be in communication with the tank and, in case of need, will release the excess of
pressure.
The pressure relief valve must be installed in the inlet, in order to resist longer, as it is not permanently submitted to
high temperatures.

Water Drain
The wasted water from condensates must be connected to an adequate siphon, however this connection can be
common for both pressure relief valve and drain valve.
The pipe must be left open, in order to easily check if water is dropping from the system.
