SETTINGS: SWITCHING ON / SWITCHING OFF

The mains voltage must match the voltage on the label of the sander.

- Switching on: press the switch button (1) and hold in this position.

- Switching off: release pressure on the switch (1).

Locking the switch (continuous operation)

Switching on:

- Press the switch button (1) and hold in this position.

- Press the switch lock button (2) (fig. V).

- Release pressure on the switch (1).

Switching off:

- Press and release the switch (1).

FINISHING SANDER OPERATION

- Whole sanding area must rest on the processed surface.

- Turn the sander on, apply moderate pressure and move it on the processed material.

- When finishing polishing, reduce pressure and lift the sander above the processed surface and only then you can switch off the tool.

Disconnect the tool from power supply network before starting any regulation, maintenance or repair.

- Always keep the sander clean.

- Remember to always keep the ventilation holes of the tool casing pervious.

- Never use any caustic agents for cleaning plastic elements.

- In case of excessive commutator sparking check technical condition of carbon brushes of the motor.

REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES

Replace immediately worn out (shorter than 5 mm), burnt or cracked motor carbon brushes. Always replace both brushes at a time.

Entrust replacement of carbon brushes only to a qualified person. Only original parts should be used .

All faults should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the manufacturer.

Used equipment should not be disposed with domestic waste! This symbol indicates that this product may not 

be disposed of together with domestic waste in compliance with the (2012/19/EC) directive pertaining to waste 

electrical and electronic devices (WEEE). This product should be handed over at an designated collection point. 

This can occur, for example, by returning it when a similar product is purchased or by handing it in at an authorised 

collecting point for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Owing to potentially hazardous 

substances that are frequently contained in waste electronic equipment, incorrect handling of waste equipment 

may have a negative impact on the environment and on the health of human beings. By disposing of this product 

correctly, you are also contributing towards an efficient use of natural resources. Information on collecting points 

for waste equipment can be obtained from your local authority, the public waste disposal authority, an authorised 

institution for the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment or the waste collection services. Dispose 

of the

 sander in accordance with the applicable disposal regulations for your country.

Dispose of packaging separately. Dispose of card and paper in waste paper, plastic at collection points.
