Operation
Cooking zones
Turn the knob to switch on/off the respective
cooking zone and to regulate the heat. After
the cooking zone is heated, it is switched on
and off in interval mode according to the
selected power level.

The turn knob of the dual-circuit cooking zone is equipped with a stop. This
means that the knob can only be turned clockwise and back. The knob is used
to switch on the second heating circuit or the roaster zone.

The turn knob of the triple-circuit cooking zone is equipped with a stop. This
means that the knob can only be turned clockwise and back. The knob is used
to switch on the second or third heating circuit.
Switching on
►
Press the toggle (child safety device) of the turn knob of the cooking zone and
turn the knob to the desired power level.
1 = lowest power level, 9 = highest power level

The operating indicator of the respective zone is lit.

None of the cooking zone extensions is switched on.
To adjust the heating zone size and power level:
Slow heating
1-3 depending on quantity of food
Cooking start 9
Continuous cooking
small quantities 2-3
large quantities 4-7
Roasting
until fat is hot 7-9
Roasting after fat is hot 5-8
Switching on second heating circuit (dual-circuit heating element)

Turn the knob to the stop and then turn it back to the desired power level.

A clicking sound indicates that the second heating circuit is switched on.
