CONTROLS
Up on the right (see fig. 1 on page 3), cabinets are fitted with a switch for the control of product lighting and with a
thermometer for the visualization of the temperature. On the roff cabinets are fitted with a rempte thermostat for tem-
perature control. The remote thermostat displays the temperature existing inside the case and allows temperature con-
trol by the use of the appropriate keys.
WARNING: Adjustment is reserved for the technical personnel.
SHELVES: the shelves were designed to bear a maximum load of 225 kg/sq.m. Shelf inclination can be set on 4 dif-
ferent positions (0° - 7° - 14° - 21°), by moving the shelf supporting bracket on the display case’s uprights.
9. PRESCRIPTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Keeping pharmaceutical products in the display case is strictly forbidden (fig.10).
Do not remove protections or panels when it requires the use of tools. IN PARTICULAR, DO NOT REMOVE THE ELEC-
TRIC CONTROL BOARD COVER AND THE SCREWS FASTENING SHELF LIGHTING PLUGS.
Do not expose the display case to atmospheric agents (fig. 15). DO NOT STEP on the cabinet bumper rail. DO NOT
STEP on the top of the cabinet and DO NOT LAY WEIGHTS on it.
Do not spill water directly or indirectly on the display case (fig. 13). Do not touch the equipment with damp or wet
hands or feet; do not use it while barefoot (fig. 14).
ANY OTHER USE NOT EXPRESSLY MENTIONED IN THIS BOOKLET MUST BE CONSIDERED AS HAZARDOUS.
THE MANUFACTURER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER,
INCORRECT OR UNREASONABLE USE.
The installation of the appliance and the refrigerant condensing unit must only be made by the manfacturer ’s
service personel or similarly skilled person.
The information provided with an appliance with a separate refrigerant condensing unit shall include:
- information on the type of separate refrigerant condensing unit to wich the cabinet shall be connected;
- an electrical diagrams showing the electrical terminals for connections.
THE INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING PERSONS (INCLUDING CHILDREN) WITH REDUCED PHYSICAL, SEN-
SORY OR MENTAL CAPABILITIES, OR LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE AND CHILDREN PLAYING
WITH THE APPLIANCE ARE NOT REQUIRED.
HEAT TRANSFER LIQUIDS:
Only monoethyl glycol and monopropyl glycol liquids with concentrations above 30% are authorized.
The systems in which these liquids are used must comply with current health regulations and, in particular,
be equipped with a system for the prevention of discharge into drinking water.
The use of a corrosion inhibitor is mandatory.
START-UP INSTRUCTIONS:
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly clean the systems before filling up and completely drain the
system after filling.
To prevent the risk of scaling and deposit of inhibition systems, we recommend you use demineralized water.
The pH of the solution should never exceed 7.
MAINTENANCE:
We recommend you check the pH and the concentration of the solution used at least once a year.
