Assembly Instructions 

 

Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the grill is 
fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver provided if 
necessary.

Step 1 (Wheel and wheel axle assembly) 
 

a)  Align the hole on the bottom of bottom panel (G) 

with the hole on the wheel (Q), insert the wheel 
axle (R) into each hole of wheel. 

b)  Screw the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) 

and lock washer (CC) into each pre-drilled 
holes by hand. 

c)  Tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided.

Step 2 (Latch magnet assembly) 

 

a)  Align the hole on the latch magnet ( I ) with the hole on 

the bottom panel ( G ) 

b)  Screw the M6 x 15 bolt (AA), flat washer (BB) and lock 

washer (CC) into each pre-drilled holes by hand 

c)  Tighten all bolts using the screwdriver provided. 

Step 3 (Left side panel and right side panel 

assembly) 

 

a)  Loosen the four pre-installed bolts on the bottom 

panel (G) and allow 1/4 bolt’s length to extend 
from the bottom panel (G). 

b)  Align the holes on the left side panel (E) with the 

holes on the bottom panel (G) and tighten the 
pre-installed bolts by hand.   

c)  Repeat the procedure with the right side panel (S) 

on the bottom panel (G). 

d)  Go back and tighten all bolts using the screwdriver 

provided.
