Assembly Instructions 

 
Remove all contents from the carton packaging. Make sure all parts are present before attempting assembly. Once the 
grill is fully assembled, go back and check to make certain all the bolts are secure. Tighten again using the screwdriver 
provided if necessary.  
 
Estimated Assembly Time: 40 minutes. 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Step 1 (Assemble the side panel with cart assembly)

a) 

Align the holes on the right side panel (Q) with the 
holes on the base assembly (O). 

b) 

Insert one M6 x 45mm bolt (DD), one spring washer 
(BB) and one washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.

c) 

Repeat the procedure with the left side panel (M) with 
the holes on the base assembly. 

d) 

Go back and tighten all the bolts using the 
screwdriver provided.  

Step 3 (Assemble the spare tank stopper with cart 

assembly)

 

a)  Align the holes on the left side of spare tank stopper (L) 

with the holes on the left cart panel. 

b)  Insert one M6 x 18mm bolt (AA), spring washer (BB) 

and washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.  

c)  Align the holes on the bottom side of spare tank 

stopper (L) with the holes on the cart bottom panel. 

b)  Insert one M6 x 18mm bolt (AA), spring washer (BB) 

and washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.  

d)  Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver 

provided. 

 

Step 2 (Assemble the back panel with cart assembly) 

 

a)  Align the holes on the back panel (I) with side panels. 
b) Insert one M6 x 18mm bolt (AA), spring washer (BB) 

and washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole.  

 

Tighten by hand until secure. 

 c) Repeat the procedure with other three holes.  

 d) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver 

provided.
