Troubleshooting
Before you contact an authorized specialist
For some malfunctions, the display shows error
codes to warn you:
CODE / Trouble Possible cause / measure
Appliance does
not work or start
Check the power supply / water
supply. Is the door closed, the
device switched on or a program
selected?

Door lock

Door is not properly closed or
blocked with laundry items.

Water inlet
fault
Faucet is not open, water supply
not free or water pressure too
low. Inlet filter blocked. Inlet
hose is blocked, kinked,
squeezed.

Heating
fault
Switch the device off and on
again. If the error persists, call a
specialist company.

Drainage
fault
Drain hose is blocked, kinked,
squeezed, not correctly con-
nected. Drain pump is blocked.

Motor fault
Switch the device off and on
again. If the error persists, call a
specialist company.

Software

Close the water
