21. Standards
21.1 CE Declaration of conformity
The series AIRWIN
®
ultrasonic duct humidifier (NKBD-6 to NKBD-42) is manufactured in accordance
with EC Directive 89/336/EEC.
The series meets the following harmonised standards: EN 50081-2 / 93; EN 50082-1 / 92;
EN 50082-2 / 92.
The series complies with the safety regulations of VDE 0100 and was tested in accordance with
VDE 701 part 1.
21.2 RoHS / WEEE
To protect the environment, the RoHS Directive (as of 01.07.2006) is implemented for the manufac-
ture of AIRWIN
®
ultrasonic duct humidifier (NKBD-6 to NKBD-42). As before, the product complies
with the respective IEC standards and the customer requirements relating to quality, reliability and
safety.
The humidifier is WEEE-registered.
