COMPUTER INSTRUCTIONS
BUTTONS GUIDE:
MODE: To select functions of time, count, distance and calories.
UP / Down: Press to preset the target value of time, count, distance and calories.
RESET:
The user may use reset key to reset each function individually: time,
distance, calorie and pulse. Or press and hold to reset the computer.
FUNCTIONS:
TIME:
Shows your elapsed workout time up to 99:59
Counts down from your preset target time to 00:00 during your workout.
DISTANCE:
Displays the cumulative distance travelled during your workout up to 99.9K.
Counts down from your preset target time to 0.0 during your workout.
COUNT:
Accumulates total working count from 0 up to 9999.
Counts down from your preset count to 0.0 during your workout.
Each setting is 10 count.
CALORIE:
Displays the cumulative calories burned at any given time during your
workout up to 999kcal. Counts down from your preset target calorie to 0 cal.
This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise session which
cannot be used as medical treatment
