III Body Fat Mode

Under START/READY position, press

the Body Fat LED light is blinking, which
shows that the Body Fat f unction is on duty .
When choose this function, program will require the user to enter the following values.
Age

and make both hands straightly hold the grip pulse sensor
about 15 seconds, after that, Body Fat window will display your Body Fat value, at the same time,
the LED light on the left side of the computer will display figure evaluation.
2. The display of the figure evaluation light is different based on th e different fat standards
between male and female, the table below providing a list for reference
