Step 1:
Feed Hand Pulse Wires (66) into the handlebar mount and up through the Console Tube (2).
Step 2:.
Attach Pulse Handlebar (10) to Console Tube (2) using two Nut Caps (68), two Flat Washers (49),
and two Screws (67) on the side. Next, use one Flat Washers 949), and one Hex Head Screw (55)
to secure it bottom to top.
