Bob’s brush is wide and has long bristles that are in constant contact with the sur-
face he is cleaning. While this is an asset for deep cleaning on most surfaces, on
some carpets this causes Bob to stop due to excessive friction. If you see “Error
2” or “Trouble Number 2” too frequently on Bob’s display, simply remove his main
brush and let him vacuum the carpets while using only his side brush to sweep.
When mopping extension is attached to Bob, he will have a tough time going over
elevated transitions or unsmooth surfaces. This is because the mopping extension
is designed to sit on the floor to allow the mopping fiber to fully rob against it. Be
sure to remove the mopping extension when you do not need Bob to mop the
floors.
