Please make sure you have read the Safety instructions and that you are a suitably qualified electrician before continuing.
Drawings show connections inside the black terminal box on the outside of the heater and the inside of the CS-7 Controller.
Do NOT use power tools to undo or do up terminal screws.
Please Note:- Specified cable sizes are for typical installations, correction factors may need to be used when determining actual cable sizes.

PLEASE CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS BEFORE TURNING ON AS INCORRECT WIRING IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE.
5. CHANGE MODE OF OPERATION
The heater is factory wired so both heat and fan turn on and off with the thermostat (default mode).
For some installations, such as when heating a confined space, it may be preferable to change the mode of
operation so that the fan runs continuously and only heat goes on and off with the thermostat. Making this
change will tend to improve the response time of the thermostat.
Changing over the mode of the heater is simple BUT must be done by a suitably qualified electrician.
Ensure the heater has cooled down and is disconnected from the mains supply.
To change over from intermittent fan (default mode) to continuous fan, open the power supply box on the back
of the heater, remove the link
between terminals 2 and 3 and place this same link
between
terminals 3 and 4 (as per drawing to the right). Ensure all the terminal screws are tightened before closing the
power supply box lid.
Do not change any of the links or wire connections in the Control Box.
Please check that when you turn the heater back on the fan comes or is on when the elements get hot. Should
the fan not come on and the elements start to glow bright red turn off the mains, allow the heater to cool and
check the link is correctly installed as per instructions above.
If you want to return the fan back to its default mode use pictures in section 4.1 or 4.2 regarding placing of the
link
in the power supply box.
