Step 4: Joining together the upper and lower baskets
First, hold the upper rack
to the lower rack so that
the pre-assembled screw
plate located on the upper
basket is in the middle of
the two holes on the rail on
the lower rack.
Now insert the adjustment
handle (E) in a hole on the
rail on the lower rack, hold
a plastic washer against
to the screw hole on the
upper rack and turn the
bolt through the positio-
ning handle and the plastic
washer in the upper basket.
Please make sure that you
do not tighten the bolts too
much, it should not rub or
scratch the wooden frame.
Step 5: Mounting the support bracket
To assemble the support
bracket (11), please con-
nect the three individual
pieces with 2 screws (C).
To attach the support bra-
cket to the rear of the
upper basket, you must
first mount the U-profiles
(H) with 2 screws (C) at the
marked points.
Then the support bracket
is attached with the screws
and cap nuts (G) of the U-
profiles.
Please make sure that the
support bracket can swing
freely.
Step 6: Insering the Cushions
First insert the back
cushions down into the
hooks provided and then
press the pad the top of
the rear wall.
When inserting the seat
bench, ensure that the gui-
de bar is facing forward and
that the cushion is positi-
oned properly.
