Provide pressure compensation:
1) Untighten the screws at the battery compartment lid.
2) Pull back both screws and remove the battery compartment lid.
3) Loosen the setscrew (at least with 2 revolutions).
4) Deflect stylus several times in Z ‐ direction. Wait for approx.1 minute.
5) Then tighten the setscrew again.
6) Put in the battery compartment lid precisely and mount it (M
d
= 0.7 Nm).
Thereby, please check the O ‐ rings and grease it, if necessary.
Error LED Status after battery change
(40) Setscrew
Error LED Status flashes green ‐ blue resp. green ‐ orange
Probe system: LED Status flashes green ‐ blue resp. green ‐ orange.
IR receiver: LED Receive IR off.
Probe does not respond to M ‐ Code (switch ‐ on).
Check wiring and switch ‐ on command on the IF59:
(IF59 X1: Pin 3, Pin 4, Pin 5)
Check programming of the probe (Mode TC ‐ Mode DUO)
