When operating, the
cooker detects no
pot or unsuitable pot
material or dimension.
After putting in a suitable inner pot,
press down “Keep Warm/Cancer”
to release the alarm. If the E1 alarm
continues, send the cooker to local
service center to do the maintenance.

The IGBT temperature
sensor is over hot or
the IGBT has a short or
open circuit fault.
If the failure remains after the cooker is
powered on, send the cooker to Please

The grid voltage is too
high.
It will recover after the grid voltage is
back to normal. If the alarm continues,
