CLEANING METHOD
Pull off the plug before cleaning.
Use a dishcloth to clean the pot, never allow the pot body to be soaked or
spayed with water.
Pull out the water collector, use wet cloth to clean upper base.
Use wet dishcloth to clean inner side of the lid including: sealing ring, pressure
release valve, warm keeping board, exhaust hole, floater, then dry them by cloth.
Use sponge or non-metal brush to clean the inner pot then dry it by cloth.
Use small brush to clean the pressure release valve and exhaust hole.

Add white sugar and salt to the egg white and stir the mixture to foam.
Add white sugar, self-rising flour, condensed milk and fresh lemon juice to
the egg yolk and then stir the mixture evenly.
Notes
: It is necessary to add the milk and white sugar while stirring the mix-
ture!
Add the stirred egg white to the egg yolk, and then stir the mixture evenly. (It
is necessary to quickly finish this process; otherwise, foamed egg white will
shrink and thus affect the fermentation process.)
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the electrical pressure pot (It is
best to use a brush to daub the vegetable oil), preheat the electrical pressure
cooker for one minute with the cover open.
Pour the stirred mixture into the inner pot, close the pot cover (you should
remember to remove the pressure limiting vent valve), and then press the
“Bánh” function.
After the cooking time is up, you can enjoy the delicious cakes.
