Please make sure that you read these instructions carefully in order to avoid injury when
using the diamond cutting discs. Follow all health and safety rules and regulations. If in

DO NOT use if damaged.

ALWAYS
ensure the diamond cutting discs have been checked for any damage before
use. Any damage found needs to be repaired or replaced before use to prevent damage
to property or personal injury.

ensure that operators are trained in the use of diamond cutting discs and
angle grinders and understand and follow the safety requirements before mounting the disc.

make sure the disc has been mounted correctly and securely. Always ensure
the instructions have been followed carefully before use.

allow discs to run at operating speed for one minute before use.

handle discs with care to avoid accidental damage.

check maximum operating speed of the diamond cutting disc and machine.

use a grinder guard covering at least one-half of the diamond cutting disc
when using an angle grinder.

ensure the angle grinder is unplugged when changing the discs.

wear approved ear and eye protection when using discs.

General Information
• Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the work area.

BE AWARE
of where your body is positioned when using the diamond cutting disc. The
body should not be positioned in line with the flap disc.

that our range of diamond cutting discs are suitable for dry cutting and not
wet cutting.

DO NOT
exceed the maximum operating speed of the diamond cutting disc.
•
DO NOT
exceed the maximum operating speed of the machine.
•
DO NOT
force the diamond cutting discs onto a machine which does not match the bore size.
•
DO NOT
alter the size of the diamond cutting disc bore.
•
DO NOT
use mounting flanges which are damaged, unclean or warped.
•
DO NOT
start the machine without a guard in place.
•
DO NOT
excessively tighten the mounting screws.
•
NEVER
use the diamond cutting discs to perform a task that they were not designed for.
This can cause damage to property or cause personal injury.

NEVER
use the diamond cutting discs near flammable materials or gases.
•
NEVER
use the diamond cutting discs for wet grinding.
• If any of the diamond cutting discs are damaged do not use.
