6.6.5 Video Settings
You can modify various video options. This video settings menu can only be accessed through this app.

Tap the flash status icon on the bottom right of the screen, or tap and hold the viewfinder to change the
video settings.

IS
: Tap to select the checkbox to set digital image stabilization IS, which reduces blurring in a video
by compensating for hand tremor and other movements.

Time lapse
: Tap to turn the Time lapse feature on or off. Turn it on to set a time interval.

Video quality
: Tap to set the video quality.

Video Encoder
: Tap to set the video encoder. The SF550 supports MPEG4, H263, and H264 video
playback.

Audio Encoder
: Tap to set the audio encoder. The SF550 supports AMRNB and AAC audio formats.

Video duration
: Tap to set the video duration.

Store location
: Tap to select the checkbox to include location information for each video using the
device’s GPS.

Color effect
: Tap and set the color effect used in video.

Video HDR
: Tap to select the checkbox to turn on the HDR feature, which takes multiple videos at
different exposures and combines them into one vibrant video.

White balance
: Tap to select the most suitable light source for your video.

Video High FrameRate
: Tap to select a high frame rate for your videos. Videos recorded with a
higher frame rate capture movement more clearly.

Flash mode
: Tap to select the checkbox to turn on or off the flash.

Use this app to create, view, and manage events.
On the Home screen, tap

. You can also add and tap a widget Settings on the Home screen.
To add events, you must set up an account. For information about how to set up an account, refer to
Accounts on page 55
