10.3 Troubleshooting
Attempt the following remedies before contacting the service center.

The device got wet.

Allow the device to dry for at least 24 hours before you power on
the device.
•
If the device does not power on, then contact your local service center.
The device won’t power on.
Reset the device.
The battery won’t charge.
•
Ensure that the power adapter is properly connected to the device
and an outlet.
•
Clean the charging terminals with a dry rag.
•
If the device still doesn’t charge, then contact your local service
center for support.
The battery drains very quickly.
•
Check the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and brightness settings of the device.
•
If the battery drains quickly regardless of the power options, then
contact your local service center for support.
