6.1.1 Griddle Control Panel

1. Remove control knobs and the one screw at the top centre
of the control panel.
2. The control panel will now drop down and out.
1. Remove the two screws securing the control panel to the
hob.
2. Pull the bottom of the control panel forward.
3. lift the panel slightly upwards then pull forwards and
down.

6.2 Replacement Griddle
6.2.1 Griddle Thermostat

4. Remove the thermostat off the rear of the selector switch.
5. Transfer wires to the new thermostat.
6. Fit new thermostat and re-assemble in reverse order.
NOTE: When re-assembling, it is important that the
thermostat phials are correctly located.

3. Withdraw the thermostat capillary and phial from it’s
pocket underneath the plate.

1. Open the griddle control panel (refer Sect 6.1.1).
2. Remove Insulation cover panel by loosening the 2 screws
at each end of the cover.
