Maintenance
Note
The Cube is maintenance-free and does not contain parts that
required maintenance by the user. Opening of the Cube nulli-
fies any warranty.
WARNING
Danger of injury due to laser beam .
If the Cube is not operated correctly, the optical radiation may
injure the eyes and skin.
•
Do not open the housing. The housing may only be opened
by authorized Blickfeld personnel.
•
Contact Blickfeld if repairs are necessary.

Cleaning
For maximum performance, the optical window of the Cube must be checked regularly for
contamination. Clean the window, if necessary, with a microfiber cloth and a mild window
cleaner. This also applies to cleaning of the housing.
Note
The window consists of a special plastic material . Note the fol-
lowing when cleaning:
•
Do not touch the window with your fingers.
•
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents and solvents.
•
Do not use paper towels for cleaning as these may scratch
the material.
•
Avoid using a scratching and rubbing motion on the window.

Repair work
If the Cube or the sensor cable is faulty, please contact Blickfeld.
