Install the tube into the bottom of the yeast harvester body. 

Ensure the o-ring is seated in place shown in figure 1.

Ensure the o-ring is seated on the ball 

lock post shown in figure 2.

Install the Yeast Harvester as shown 

in figure 3 with a 1.5” tri-clamp and 

gasket.

Tighten the collection bottle to the 

harvester body and remove the gas 

ball lock.

Slowly open the valve to allow the 

yeast to into the bottle. After you have 

harvested your yeast, close the valve 

and slowly unscrew the bottle to gen-

tly relieve the pressure.

Slowly loosen the collection bottle to 

allow air pressure to release out the 

top.

Attach the gas ball lock and introduce 

CO2 into the collection bottle. Two to 

three seconds of purging at 10psi is 

sufficient.
