The steam mop is designed to clean the surface with water. Do
not pour cleaning agents, perfumes or water additives into the
water tank.
Make sure that the steam holes are not blocked. When the
steam has no outlet, pressure will be generated which may
lead to an explosion.
Before cleaning the surface, make sure that the surface can be
treated with a steam mop. It is recommended to try working
on a small surface in an invisible place. Take special care when
cleaning wooden surfaces, vinyl panels, linoleum and other
surfaces sensitive to high temperatures.
It is not recommended to use a steam mop on an oiled or
waxed parquet. As a result of the steam action, the protective
layer of wax or oil can be removed.
It is recommended to use distilled or filtered water. The use of
water with a high degree of hardness (highly mineralised)
leads to deposits in steam nozzles. The appliance can also
leave deposits on the cleaned surfaces. If non-demineralised
water is used, it is necessary to descale the appliance regularly.
