BEFORE FIRST USE
1. After unpacking the device from the box and removing the protective films, papers. Then clean the
device following the advice in Cleaning and maintenance chapter.
USING THE DEVICE
1. Select the desired grinding/slicing attachment (6-10) to use as needed.
Caution: Handle the grinding/slicing attachment with care because their blades are very sharp.
Always hold the grinding/slicing attachment by their plastic parts.
2. Mount the slicing/grinding chamber (4) onto the motor unit by turning it to the left
3. Place the desired grinding/slicing attachment (6-10) in the opening of the chamber (4) by inserting
its narrow part into the chamber and pull the attachment holder (11) for a while.
4. Place a wide container or bowl under the slicing/grinding chamber (4) to collect grated/sliced
products.
5. Connect the device to the power source.
6. Press the on/off switch (1) to start the device. To operate continuously, hold down the switch.
7. Place the products one by one in the feeder tube (3) and push down using the pusher (2). To prevent
damage to the pusher, insert it into the feeder tube in the right position.
8. To change the grinding/slicing attachment (6-10), first turn the device off and unplug it from the
power source. Next, remove the grinding/slicing attachment (6-10) pull the attachment holder (11)
and remove the grinding/slicing attachment (6-10) from chamber (4).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Thoroughly clean the device after each use. Inadequate cleaning can cause proliferation of harmful
microorganisms.
2. Before cleaning the motor unit, always disconnect the device from the power source.
CAUTION: Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
3. If necessary, clean only the outside of the device with a damp cloth.
4. Attachments, feeding tube and pusher should be washed with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
5. Do not use harsh cleaning products and abrasive sponges. Do not use solvents.
6. If the plastic parts are colored by products such as carrots, wipe them with a cloth soaked in cooking
oil and then clean as usual.
