MIX playback
You can have the CD tracks played in ran-
dom order.
Select the desired MIX mode in the DSC
menu.
MIX CDC – The MIX mode is active:
The individual discs and the
titles of the selected CD are
chosen randomly. After all
titles have been played, the
next CD will be selected at
random again.
Use to select a CD title in
random order.
MIX OFF – The MIX function is deacti-
vated. Discs and titles will be
selected in numeric order.
To change the MIX mode:
•
Press DSC.
Select “MIX” using the rocker switch
/ and adjust with << / >>.
If the function is active, “CDC MIX” will be
displayed every time CD changer operation
is activated.
Selecting the display mode
You can select the desired display mode for
CD playback:
“NAME”
– The specified name,
for example “MADON-
NA”, will be displayed.
“TIME”
– The elapsed playback
time of the current ti-
tle is displayed, for
example “2 : 32”.
“NUMBER”
– The CD number, such
as “CD 8” is dis-
played.
To switch the display mode:
•
Press DSC.
Use the rocker switch / to select
“CDC DISP”.
•
Use << >> to adjust to “NAME”, “TIME”
or “NUMBER”.
You can also change the display mode im-
mediately for the title currently playing by
pressing
.
SCAN
Use this function to scan all of the CD tracks.
To start the Scan function:
•
Press SC.
The titles will be scanned one after the oth-
er in ascending order.
To stop the Scan function:
•
Press SC briefly.
The track currently being scanned is con-
tinued to be played.
SCAN will also be terminated by
•
pressing one of the buttons AUD,
DSC, SRC, << >> or / .
