Changing the liners
Remove the blast wheel cover plate, by
unscrewing the 5 nuts and 2 bolts.
Loosen the press bolts (1) of the top liner.
Loosen the bolts(2) of the blast housing cover(3)
and remove it.
Loosen the bolt of the center liner top part(13),
at the back of the blasthousing and remove it.
Loosen the bolt of the center liner bottom
part(12), at the back of the blasthousing and
remove it.
Remove top liners(4)
Loosen the nuts(6) of the left and right side
liner(7). Take them out at the bottom of the
housing.
Loosen the nuts(8) of the left and right plenum bottom side liners(9). Take them out at the bottom of
the housing.
Loosen the nuts(10) of the top and bottom plenum liners(11). Take them out at the bottom of the
housing.
To mount the liners, keep on the following sequence:
Prior to mounting the liners, check all threads for contaminants and clean them if necessary.
First place all the plenum liners (23 + 25 + 26) and fix them with the nuts.
Place the side liners(20 + 21) inside the housing. The sideliners may stick out the body for max. 1mm.
Tighten the nuts.
