Cleaning after installation:
Clean your appliance within a week of installation. The EasyCare Adapter
and EasyCare tablets tray required for this purpose are already included
within your system. The cleaning instructions can be found from page 48.
If you clean the appliance more than a week after installation, you will also need to
replace the filter after cleaning.
This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and over, by people with physical,
sensory or mental disabilities and people with no prior experience or special knowl-
edge about the appliance if they have been shown, under supervision, or instructed
on how to use the appliance safely, and if they understand the associated risks.
Children are not permitted to play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be carried out by children without supervision.
The appliance is designed to be used at a sink in a closed space (normally the kitch-
en). It must only be connected to a water supply with constant drinking water quality
in line with local requirements, constant flow pressure between 1 and 10 bar, and
water temperature between 5 and 30°C.
The ambient temperature must be between 16°C and 43°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
Changes within or to the appliance may only be made by BLANCO or by
BLANCO-trained, specially qualified technicians. The appliance may only be opened
by trained and qualified technicians! Caution: live parts inside the appliance!
The appliance requires a constant exchange of air and the place of installation must
not be allowed to heat up due to the warm exhaust air. If necessary, a ventilation grille
or slot of a suitable size must be provided.
The power cord must be laid out in such a way that it cannot be damaged. If the cable
or plug are damaged, they must be replaced by a specialist. If the signal cable to the
mixer tap is damaged, the entire mixer tap must be replaced.
The appliance may only be connected to an RCD-protected mains supply fused with
at least 10A and with constant power supply of 230 V/50 Hz.
Make sure that the system is installed in a frost-proof location. The components may
be damaged if they become frozen.
Check the tube supply to the mixer tap and cooler once a year. A leak at this point
will lead to immediate water damage. If necessary, contact the BLANCO Customer
Service team.
