Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation
for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing herein contained shall be construed in any way as excluding or limiting your rights
under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
This product is also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty set out in this document

The labour cost to replace these parts is the responsability of the customer.
This in addition to (and does not exclude, restrict or modify) any rights or remedies to
which you may already be entitled under the Australian consumer Law or the
New Zealand Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 relating to this product.

of any fault arising from defective materials or components, or faulty workmanship.
The product will be repaired or replaced at the option of Blanco, and all costs of installation,
removal, cartage, freight travelling expenses and insurance are to be paid by the consumer.
