11.2.3 The responsibility of the user

To carry out of daily inspections

11.2.4 Warranty effectiveness
The warranty form must be completely filled out and stamped by your Bladez Health
Products Corporation dealer where it was purchased.
11.2.5 Warranty rights are non-transferable
Bladez health product corporation warranty is non-transferable. The warranty will only
be honored to the original purchaser.
NOTE: Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, are limited to one year from the date of original purchase and to
the extent permitted by law. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. This is the
exclusion remedy. Liabilities for consequential damages under any and all
warranties are excluded.
