Tips for optimal performance

Formatting the microSD card

Format the microSD card once a month, or when the BlackVue dashcam tells you the card needs maintenance.

Please format the microSD card using BlackVue Viewer (Windows or Mac).

Format using Windows Viewer

Download BlackVue Viewer and install the program on your computer.

Insert the microSD card into the microSD card reader.

3

Connect the microSD card reader to your computer.

4

Launch the copy of BlackVue Viewer that is installed on your computer.

Click the Format

button.
