What This Manual Covers
This manual contains information on the CerePlex Direct, a plug-and-play biosignal data
acquisition system. The system is designed for use with many of Blackrock’s CerePlex digital
headstages and is compatible with the NeuroMotive video tracking system. The CerePlex Direct
is capable of recording from 16, 32, 64, 96, 128, or 256 channels over 3 headstage input banks,
depending on the model.

This manual will cover the system requirements, associated software, and an overview of the
system’s hardware features. Note that the CerePlex Direct is offered in a number of system
packages, so the exterior packaging may be labeled with a different part number than listed in
this document.
